At KiXX, we are committed to delivering your sneakers safely and promptly, whether your order is an in-stock item or a preorder. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items:
    Orders containing in-stock products are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after full payment confirmation.

  • Preorder Items:
    Preorder orders require sourcing from our international suppliers. Processing time varies between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on supplier availability and shipping conditions. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We ship all orders via trusted courier services within Sri Lanka.

  • Estimated delivery time within Sri Lanka after shipment is 2 to 5 business days.

  • For preorders, delivery starts after the remaining 50% payment is received and the item arrives locally.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where KiXX sends the wrong or damaged item.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor delivery status.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • Preorder items shipped from abroad may be subject to customs clearance and import taxes.

  • Any customs fees or taxes imposed by the Sri Lankan government are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing your order.

  • KiXX is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to KiXX or the courier, you may be charged for reshipping costs.
